At We Regenerate Limited we are constantly scoping the viability of land parcels in an aim to increase the supply of sustainable permanent housing for local people in need. The stages of our development process are as follows:

  1. Scoping: We undertake comprehensive technical and financial scoping of land parcels to assess if they could be our next project to support alleviate the impact of the housing crisis. Once we overlay all the components we make a decision on whether to invest in land parcels
  2. Investments: Utilising our own funds we acquire land with or without planning permission
  3. Planning: We systematically work through the components that make a robust planning application using our highly experienced team
  4. Design: We have a dynamic panel of architects and advisors that help us to create sustainably designed and energy efficient homes
  5. Procurement: Wherever possible we aim to procure materials and services from within a 10-mile radius of our sites within a value for money framework
  6. Construction: Our directly employed site teams closely manage local suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that the quality of deliver is compliant with the aims and objectives of all stakeholders including (but not limited to) the warranty provider, building control and the customers who will be living in the homes
  7. In- use: Our buildings use fabric first principles to ensure that the users of our homes are warm, safe and secure
